Our Marine Plywood is specifically designed for use in marine and water-based applications, such as boat building, dock construction, and other projects where the plywood will be consistently exposed to water. It is also used in environments where the plywood may be subject to extended periods of moisture.

Those that do not require such high quality plywood, we are also producing WBP plywood with is suitable for a wide range of applications, including construction, outdoor furniture, cabinets, and more. While it provides good water resistance, it may not be as suitable as marine plywood for prolonged exposure to water.

Why Phenolic Resin

If you need high water resistance and durability for outdoor or marine applications, phenolic resin is a suitable choice. It is able to withstand 72 hours of boiling water, providing strong and durable bonds, making it suitable for structural and load-bearing applications.

Phenolic resin offers excellent heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures without losing its adhesive properties. This makes it suitable for applications requiring heat resistance.
